Talk about Customer Service

What business are you in?
It doesn't really matter. You still need to be concerned about customer service. Problem is, many businesses seem to have thrown customer service out the door. Unless your company is thoroughly customer-oriented, it will leave much to be desired. Because customer service can make or break you. That's why it's important to make it a top priority.

Don't take customer service for granted
How's business - good, bad, so-so? Why is it that way? Whatever the scenario, it's got to be a reflection of your overall commitment to customer service. And you can prove that to yourself. Whenever you commit to becoming serious about enhancing your customer service, you will find that your business is apt to become more successful. That’s because good customer service begets great customer satisfaction.
What's your take on customer service?

It seems today, everyone's on the lookout for good customer service. There's Angie'sList.com, Judysbook.com, CitySearch.com, InsiderPages.com, Local.Yahoo.com, Yelp.com,... and the list is growing for those offering customer reviews. And many of these reviews come directly from everyday Jack and Jill customers.

Businesses are realizing more and more that they need to be customer oriented rather than product oriented. Because today, more than ever, it's important to keep a very sophisticated eye on the customer.

So, what are you doing to create demand for your product or service. Here's a suggestion. Rather than concentrating on just producing goods and services, think about placing more emphasis on customer satisfaction. I think you'll find the results revealing.
